LOOKING FOR A FREELANCE STUDIO ASSISTANT
Lausanne, Switzerland
• Experience assisting artists or working in a professional music studio
• Responsible for keeping the studio, SSL console & workspaces clean and organised
• Able to store, label & manage studio equipment properly
• Experience with inventory management, warranties & documentation
• Strong knowledge of Mac environments (backups, system maintenance, updates)
• Able to manage backups of computers, sessions & audio libraries
• Comfortable installing, updating & maintaining music software and plugins
• General knowledge of music DAWs (Logic, Ableton, …) and Dante Network.
• Basic understanding of Dolby Atmos workflows and concepts
• Experience organizing audio files, sessions, projects & archives
• Comfortable cleaning acoustic panels and resetting the studio after sessions
• Able to handle selling, exchanging & managing used gear
• Good understanding of studio hardware & software for sponsorship relationships
• Highly organized, discreet, detail-oriented & reliable
• Able to work independently and anticipate studio needs
• Passionate about music, sound & studio culture
• Based in Switzerland — Lausanne or very close to Lausanne (mandatory)
• Fluent in French and English
