Release Radar: Barut - La Brume [CADENZA150]

Barut makes his Cadenza debut with La Brume, a collection of six tracks full of infectious grooves, warm textures and playful detail.

Hypnotic melodies melt into rolling basslines, a soft haze drifting around the edges. Warm keys tread lightly along playful paths as gliding chords carry the rhythm into deeper waters. Low-slung and fluid, the music moves between delicate moments and heated pressure. Fresh and graceful, with a seductive quality running beneath.

Patterns of percussion tap lightly as sweet vocal samples echo, catchy yet restrained. Each track speaks to the next, one idea flowing naturally into another. From the smallest melodic detail to the fullest expression of the beat, La Brume moves with a rhythm of its own.
