Luciano presents ALIVE: European Debut at Loveland x ADE
Following its world premiere during Art Basel Miami last December, ALIVE returns for its second public performance as Luciano brings his immersive live concept to Europe for the very first time. Presented alongside Amsterdam institution Loveland during Amsterdam Dance Event, the performance takes place at Mediahaven on Thursday 22nd October.
Developed over four years, ALIVE moves beyond the traditional DJ set. Built entirely around Luciano's own catalogue of released and unreleased music, each performance unfolds live in the moment through improvisation, with sound, lighting and visuals responding organically to every musical decision. No two performances are the same, making every edition a unique experience shared only by those in the room.
The premiere in Miami introduced the concept to the world. Amsterdam now becomes the next step in its evolution. Rather than recreating the original performance, Luciano approaches each presentation as a living work that continues to develop through spontaneity, interaction and experimentation.
