This month Cadenza resident and Cadence Noire label partner Guy From Downstairs stepped in to curate the selection, handpicking a lineup close to his own sound and vision.

Nu Zau - Romanian artist Nu Zau is a regular on Guy From Downstairs’ label GFD, with the pair collaborating on a string of productions over the years. Drawing inspiration from the likes of our beloved Ricardo Villalobos, Nu Zau has become a respected figure within the Romanian scene, known for his deep, driving grooves and refined minimal aesthetic.
Fer Raya - Balearic born Fer Raya made his mark as a resident at BCM Mallorca, one of the island’s most iconic clubs. Recently spotted playing alongside Guy From Downstairs at Studio Stereo in Barcelona, he’s no stranger to sharing the booth with key names across the European circuit.
Guy From Downstairs - When Victor Ernuteanu aka Guy From Downstairs, joined Cadenza following its 2023 relaunch, it was clear he brought a distinct and focused vision. With the backing of Luciano, he introduced Cadence Noire, a sublabel dedicated to exploring the outer edges of minimal and house. As a selector, his storytelling instinct stands out, weaving hypnotic soundscapes with precision and depth.
Andrei Ciubuc - Celebrating his debut release on Cadence Noire with Bump Around, Andrei Ciubuc continues to solidify his reputation as one of Romania’s emerging talents. His Cadenza Radio contribution arrives alongside his four track EP, reflecting his exploratory approach and subtle manipulation of minimal textures.
Cadenza Radio is broadcast weekly via FM & digital radio stations worldwide, including Ibiza Global Radio (Ibiza), Dance FM (Romania), Delta FM (Argentina), Data Transmission Radio (UK) and Revolution (Miami). Episodes are also available to stream on SoundCloud and Apple Podcasts.
